Currently in the vineyard

Painstaking work is the essential condition for quality grapes even if the end result always depends to a large degree on nature and weather conditions…

From March to April: tying in
Once the stock has been pruned, the wood making up the structure should be tied to the supporting wire so that the plant grows in the right direction.

May to June: lifting
The shoots need to be disciplined to air the leaves and allow the plant to capture as much sunlight as possible. They are therefore lifted and maintained vertically, separated and placed between two wires and held by clips.
In June, the vines blossom, which lasts around a week. The harvest usually happens about 100 days later.
